We’re delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well reputed local company, who are currently looking for a talented and creative Content Marketing Executive to join their friendly and industrious team.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Marketing team to deliver a seamless and innovative Content Marketing plan across all brands. We’re looking for individuals with up-to-the-minute marketing expertise who can create engaging, channel-relevant marketing content, both online and offline.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to develop into a permanent opportunity. Due to business requirements, applicants should be available to start immediately or within 2 weeks’ notice.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Producing content across all channels for website, direct mail and brochures
- Scheduling and delivering the company content marketing plan
- Ensuring that website content for all brands is populated and managed on an ongoing basis
- Implementing the company email marketing plan based on the Content Schedule
- Designing and writing engaging content for a range of email newsletters
- Reviewing marketing and content performance and audience engagement on an ongoing basis
- Being a key point of contact for the business for all decisions relating to the brand
- Managing the company media libraries including imagery, videos, logos and style-guides
- Maintaining relationships with key suppliers and keeping up to date logins for third party media libraries
Skills and experience required:
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to produce varied and inspirational content across multiple channels
- Previous experience of using email marketing software (such as Mailchimp) and web analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics)
- Comfortable with using social media platforms for posting and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Works successfully to deadlines, and is able to manage multiple projects and tasks
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Flexible working available on request in line with flexible working policy – to be discussed at interview stage
Salary and benefits:
- £20,000 – £22,000
