    Job description:

    Are you an enterprising Administration / Customer Coordinator? Want to work for a 1st class highly-regarded technology brand in Bedford? Our client has recently moved to fantastic brand-new offices within a bright, modern building.

    We are looking for a helpful and confident individual with an excellent telephone manner. You’ll demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritise and resolve incoming queries from business customers, relating to technical equipment and repairs.

    This is a fixed-term contract role for approximately six months, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Could become Permanent and be extended.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Taking customer calls and ensuring queries are answered efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction is achieved
    • Ensuring documentation relating to products is always up to date with any changes and modifications
    • Managing technical questions within an agreed timeframe, escalating where required
    • Ensuring all loan equipment is sent or collected in a timely manner and the inventory is updated
    • Sending equipment to the regional repair centre in a timely manner and updating customers
    • Booking repairs into the internal CRM system

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Customer service administration experience in a manufacturing/technical environment
    • Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Commitment to providing the highest quality customer service
    • Demonstrates a positive, process-oriented approach, with methodical problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload and work independently and as part of a collaborative team
    • SAP skills are not essential but would be an advantage
