Salary and benefits:
- £43,000 – £47,000 per annum

Hours of work:
- 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
As People Business Partner, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Providing advice and guidance on all aspects of people management
- Acting as a point of escalation in respect of complex employee relations cases
- Active engagement in developing people plans for area of responsibility,
- Using your clear understanding of current employment law to support SMT with complex ER cases.
- Using the HRIS to effectively provide data, KPI’s, reports and analysis in relation to HR matters.
- Supporting the Head of People with policy development, consultation and implementation.
- Writing, delivering and evaluating People Management Training & Development.
- Assisting schools with the preparation and submission of the annual workforce census.
- Ensuring that diversity, inclusion and wellbeing are key components throughout the employee lifecycle.
We’re looking for a People Business Partner with the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in a similar HR management role, ideally within the education sector.
- Chartered CIPD member, and commitment to personal and professional development
- Excellent up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment law.
- Prior involvement in the creation and delivery of people workshops, training and briefings.
- Able to give examples of implementing change effectively.
- Enjoys working in busy and demanding environment, whilst working efficiently at pace.
- High degree of IT literacy; confident in the use of MS Office.
- Demonstrates a collaborative, problem solving approach as part of a team.
- Builds effective relationships with stakeholders and colleagues through excellent communication skills
- A full valid driving licence is essential for the requirements of this role.
