We’re delighted to be recruiting for a skilled Sales & Service Executive on behalf of a prestigious and accomplished local business comprising of a variety of successful aviation engineering, maintenance and sales enterprises.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proficient sales and service professional who thrives in a fast-moving and results-driven role. Working as part of a high-profile team in an industry-leading company, you will play a pivotal role in promoting an exciting new product that is coming to the market. We are looking for someone with a solid track record in delivering exceptional client service, who can build strong ongoing commercial relationships with high net worth customers.
Hours of work:
- Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm each day with 30 minutes’ lunch break
- Some flexibility may be required for occasional out of hours business commitments
- Potential for overseas travel to Italy twice yearly
Salary and benefits:
- £45,000 – £50,000
- Free Parking
As Sales & Service Executive, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Seeking out potential sales leads and field enquiries
- Following up and qualifying leads and responding to information requests
- Providing customers with information and prepare proposals
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing high net worth customers
- Managing databases by gathering market and customer information
- Attending exhibitions and trade shows in the UK (with overseas potential)
- Delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the product range
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential buyers
- Working closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales activities
We’re looking for a Sales & Service Executive with the following skills and experience:
- Proven track record in B2C sales, preferably in the aviation or luxury goods industry
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong IT proficiency, with good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Takes an organised approach to work
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills, both verbally and in writing
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
