What You’ll Be Doing

• Talent Sourcing: Using job boards, social media and our extensive CRM system to find potential candidates for our vacancies
• Meeting Candidates: You’ll be the friendly face (or voice) candidates meet during their recruitment journey. From the initial application to the interview stage, you’ll ensure they have a positive experience.
• Conducting Video Interviews: Using the latest tech, you’ll conduct engaging and insightful video interviews, helping us find the perfect match for our roles.
• Supporting the Recruitment Team: You’ll manage applications and assist our recruitment team in creating seamless processes that put candidates first.
• Delivering Feedback: You’ll provide constructive feedback to candidates, ensuring they leave with a great impression of Vanilla Recruitment, whether they’re successful or not.

What We’re Looking For

• Recruitment Know-How: You’ll have proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR – ideally in a role involving screening and interviewing applicants.
• People Person: You genuinely enjoy meeting new people and can easily build rapport with candidates from all walks of life.
• Excellent Communicator: Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are top-notch.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: You’re great at managing multiple applications and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with video interview platforms and other recruitment tools, as well as being a proficient MS Office user.
• Empathetic & Supportive: You understand the candidate’s journey and are dedicated to making it as smooth and positive as possible.
