    Job description:

    We’re delighted to be recruiting a skilled Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of an innovative manufacturing company based in Desborough.

    The successful applicant will ensure that an exceptional service is provided to commercial customers by generating quotes, processing orders, responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly in order to maintain strong ongoing business relationships with a number of key accounts.

     

    What you can expect:

    • £27,000 – £28,000
    • Working hours Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
    • 22 days’ annual leave (+ bank holidays)

    As Customer Service Coordinator, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Building and maintaining long term relationships with existing customers through consistent interaction
    • Processing orders and producing stock cards for Production on a daily basis, accurately and efficiently
    • Communicating with the external sales contacts as and when necessary
    • Receiving incoming calls and emails / making outbound calls as required
    • Being the internal point of contact for customers – manage enquiries, quotations and follow up calls
    • Stock management for selected account base
    • Order tracking via communication with internal teams
    • Working as part of a small team including covering for other team members for holiday / absence

     

    We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator with the following skills and experience:

    • Prior experience in a role which involved both B2B customer service and a range of administrative duties, ideally within a manufacturing environment
    • IT proficient, with the ability to use MS Word and Excel at an intermediate level or above
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written correspondence
    • Self-motivated, with a helpful and positive approach
    • Confident working to deadlines
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
    • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative professional team
