A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an accomplished HR Coordinator to join a rapidly growing business in the picturesque town of Market Harborough.
As part of a friendly, committed and highly skilled team, the successful applicant will focus on all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, resource coordination, and staff development. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the growth and development of the team.
Hours of work, salary and benefits:
- Part-time working 4 days per week
- Hybrid working pattern
- £30,000 FTE – £24,000 pro rata
- Free on-site parking
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays FTE
As HR Coordinator, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinating all recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
- Designing, implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
- Sourcing and coordinating internal and external training programmes
- Ensuring the company is compliant with health and safety and employment law
- Creating personal development plans to identify career growth opportunities within the business
We’re looking for an HR Coordinator with the following skills and experience:
- Extensive proven experience in a similar HR role, involving management of HR policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of employment law and health and safety regulations
- Prior involvement in coordinating a training matrix and sourcing training programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Enjoys a fast-moving environment, able to multitask and manage deadlines
- Expert attention to detail
- The ability to work independently using your own initiative
