    We’re delighted to be recruiting a talented PA / Business Administrator on behalf of the friendly team at a leading local business who are looking for a skilled administrative professional with experience of providing clerical support at a senior level.

    Based at offices in a picturesque rural setting, the successful applicant will deliver seamless administrative support directly to the Managing Director, whilst performing a range of other clerical duties across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Hours of Work & Salary:

    • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm each day
    • Office-based
    • £14.84 per hour
    • Free parking

     

    As PA / Business Administrator, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Skilfully coordinating and managing diaries and appointments
    • Making all required travel arrangements
    • Arranging events and meetings (and taking minutes where required)
    • Producing professional documentation and correspondence
    • Monitoring emails; sending replies and issuing reminders where appropriate
    • Providing friendly and efficient frontline assistance to clients and colleagues, routing enquiries to the relevant point of contact
    • Any other clerical duties as may be reasonably required

     

    We’re looking for a PA / Business Administrator with the following skills and experience:

    • Accomplished Personal Assistant or senior-level Administrator
    • Extensive proven experience of managing diaries and providing PA / EA support
    • IT proficient, with a good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Professional and engaging communication style, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to liaise confidently and effectively with clients and colleagues
    • Second-to-none organisational skills, adept in the prioritisation of tasks and working to deadlines
    • Evidence of producing professional documents and correspondence to a consistently high standard, with excellent grammatical accuracy and attention to detail
