Job description:
We’re currently recruiting for a skilled administrator on behalf of a charitable organisation based in Market Harborough.
- £12.00 per hour
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 10-15 hours per week
- Free parking
- This is a temporary to permanent opportunity
- Due to the urgent nature of the vacancy, applicants should be available immediately
Duties and responsibilities:
- Opening and distributing post and managing outgoing post
- Scanning post for the finance team
- Supporting with incoming and outgoing client paperwork
- Maintaining file registers and closing necessary files
- Scanning and saving legal documents and deeds
- Typing and formatting documents
- Creating and checking physical files for specific documents as well as electronic filing
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies
- Printing and photocopying
- Assisting with any other administrative tasks, as required
Skills and experience required:
- Previous administrative experience in a similar role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment (but not essential)
- IT Proficient, with strong knowledge of MS Office systems
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrates a positive and helpful working approach
- Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality, having processed personal data in previous roles
