    We’re currently recruiting for a skilled administrator on behalf of a charitable organisation based in Market Harborough.

     

    • £12.00 per hour
    • Working hours Monday to Friday, 10-15 hours per week
    • Free parking
    • This is a temporary to permanent opportunity
    • Due to the urgent nature of the vacancy, applicants should be available immediately

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Opening and distributing post and managing outgoing post
    • Scanning post for the finance team
    • Supporting with incoming and outgoing client paperwork
    • Maintaining file registers and closing necessary files
    • Scanning and saving legal documents and deeds
    • Typing and formatting documents
    • Creating and checking physical files for specific documents as well as electronic filing
    • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
    • Printing and photocopying
    • Assisting with any other administrative tasks, as required

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Previous administrative experience in a similar role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment (but not essential)
    • IT Proficient, with strong knowledge of MS Office systems
    • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
    • Demonstrates a positive and helpful working approach
    • Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality, having processed personal data in previous roles
