The first part of your journey with Vanilla will usually be a consultation with us, either on the telephone or via a video call on MS Teams or WhatsApp. The aim of this is for us to really get to know you; not just learn about your work history and skills set, but about your motivations, ambitions and personality too.

Sarah is by far one of the best recruiters, if not, the best recruiter that I've worked with in my 10+ years. Having moved from London to Corby with high expectations, Sarah was able to thoroughly understand my background and my very specific requirements for a new role after a 2-year maternity leave gap. She is transparent and realistic with salaries and details of the roles itself (the good and the ugly). She didn't allow me to crumble when I wanted to, but instead represented me at my highest value to her clients. Jodie was really thorough in asking questions and I felt like she really listened to my specific requirements.
