Are you a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader with a passion for sports and business? We’re seeking a visionary COO / MD to drive our client, a rapidly growing start-up business to new heights. They are a dynamic, fast-paced company with a dedicated team of sales, operations, finance and marketing experts looking for an experienced entrepreneurial leader to develop and deliver the business plan.

• £80,000 – £100,000 plus bonus
• Exit Bonus

As COO, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Finalise and implement a comprehensive three to five year growth strategy
• Manage and inspire a talented team to achieve exceptional results
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, suppliers, and clients
• Presenting to funders to raise capital and investment for the company
• Manage all aspects of the business, from sales and marketing to property deals and legal matters
• Position the company for a successful exit within 3-5 years

• A deep understanding of financial planning, cashflow and budgets
• The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• A genuine interest in the sports industry or a successful track record in growing and selling a business
