    We’re proud to be recruiting an enterprising Trainee Paraplanner on behalf of a leading local financial services business going through a period of rapid expansion and success.

    Based at stylish contemporary offices in a picturesque rural setting, the successful applicant will play a crucial part in supporting the Business Owner and Wealth Managers by carrying out various responsibilities, including administration, meeting preparation and producing suitability reports.

    As Trainee Paraplanner, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Maintaining accurate client information on Salesforce.
    • Preparing client meeting packs and sign-up forms.
    • Liaising with clients, third parties and advisers via e-mail, telephone and in person.
    • Processing new business, completing fund withdrawals and other transactions.
    • Working alongside the technical paraplanning team.
    • Helping the advisers prepare for client meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is produced.

     

    We’re looking for a Trainee Paraplanner with the following skills and experience:

    • Previous experience in administration, ideally in a financial or analytical environment, is essential.
    • Demonstrates a keen interest in building a paraplanning career.
    • IT proficient, with a good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Professional and engaging communication style, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to liaise confidently and effectively with clients and colleagues.
    • Evidence of producing professional documents and correspondence to a consistently high standard, with excellent grammatical accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Works with a positive, team-focused approach.
