We’re proud to be recruiting an enterprising Trainee Paraplanner on behalf of a leading local financial services business going through a period of rapid expansion and success.
Based at stylish contemporary offices in a picturesque rural setting, the successful applicant will play a crucial part in supporting the Business Owner and Wealth Managers by carrying out various responsibilities, including administration, meeting preparation and producing suitability reports.

Salary and benefits:
- £21,000 – £26,000

As Trainee Paraplanner, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate client information on Salesforce.
- Preparing client meeting packs and sign-up forms.
- Liaising with clients, third parties and advisers via e-mail, telephone and in person.
- Processing new business, completing fund withdrawals and other transactions.
- Working alongside the technical paraplanning team.
- Helping the advisers prepare for client meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is produced.
We’re looking for a Trainee Paraplanner with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in administration, ideally in a financial or analytical environment, is essential.
- Demonstrates a keen interest in building a paraplanning career.
- IT proficient, with a good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Professional and engaging communication style, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to liaise confidently and effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Evidence of producing professional documents and correspondence to a consistently high standard, with excellent grammatical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Works with a positive, team-focused approach.
